Santhiran and Kugendran did a Perfect Job cleaning the Condensate Drain Pipe Line. The Panasonic Split Unit is now working very well. Truthfully, Santhiran attended to my service request promptly on time, explained the effects of the blockage created by the clogging in the Drain Pipe and why the poor contractor had "systematically" the issue to occur. Especially Santhiran needs a Commendation in his job by way of an Appreciation from his Boss. We wish the MD and the Management for having provided us with this Excellent Service. Santhiran and Kamat called before appointment time to confirm the exact location . Cleaning was done systematically with proper tools. Equipments are mostly battery operated, clean and in good working condition. Cleaning was done with care. No unwanted stains or dirt mark.
