After 9 months I’m servicing my aircond again with BioHydro. They have much better cleaning equipments now to clean the indoor and outdoor unit. Extremely happy with the services rendered. Clean, neat, tidy and they do an excellent job to make sure your aircond is cleaned thoroughly. Previously before engaging Bio Hydro I needed to clean my ac every 4 months. Since engaging BioHydro this is my second service after 9 months! Price is extremely reasonable and most importantly they clean your ac the proper way. Your ac will definitely last for years if it’s maintained this way. Thank you guys and keep up the excellent service Santhiran and team. Really liked that they were very organized and clean. Santhiran the AC technician explained everything in detail to me. I’ve used the AC now for one week and it’s been performing very well. Most importantly they do not use any harmful chemicals to clean the AC and they do have the proper tools to do it. Prices were extremely reasonable. Best air conditioning service provider I have experienced so far. Very professional. Their service-man took adequate time to for the individual air conditioner units without rushing. Yesterday I serviced 9 cassette type air condition units and very satisfied.

The technician was responsive in giving me a call to confirm the schedule. On that day, he did gave me a call when he was caught with another client and couldn’t arrive on time. Santhiran is a very patient and friendly technician. He explains to me the condition of the air cond before begins with the job. He is very hands on and lead his team well. The technicians helped to clean up the place after they have completed the job. I’m happy with the explanation of the job done by them and educating me about the product and methods they use. Great to know that the company is emphasising on protecting our earth and environment.
